Yoga

We are busy people. Time is short and there is much to do. The problem of fitting exercise into everyday life along with earning a living, caring for family and still having a social life is a real one. Yoga is a real health fix amist my busy daily living, everything about yoga and wellness here will be short and sweet, for my fast and easy consumption!

Yoga have many, many benefits associated with practicing them on a regular basis. It will help me improve your coordination, flexibility(my team always claim that my limp is not flexible), and posture while relieving stress(Less whining and throwing temper) and reducing 'imbalances' in my musculoskeletal system.

Yoga allow it to expand as me breathe and entails holding the body in a variety of poses. Today is my first lesson and looks forward every week for the lesson.
